The Fine Print.
Simply Put.

We've built ShutterCraft Studio to help you master your craft. These terms ensure a fair and inspiring environment for every photographer in our community.

Terms of Service

1. Cancellation and Refunds

We get it, life happens. Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled workshop qualify for a full refund (less a small 5% processing fee). If you cancel within 7 days, we'll offer a 50% studio credit for a future session. Did you know we actually maintain a waitlist? If we can fill your spot, we'll refund you in full regardless of the timing.

2. Photo Walk Liability

Our photo walks often take us through the bustling streets of New York. While we lead the way, you're responsible for your own safety and gear. ShutterCraft Studio isn't liable for accidental gear damage or personal injury during outdoor workshops. Watch your step while chasing that bokeh!

3. Student Intellectual Property

Your art is yours. Period. We don't claim ownership of any photographs you take during our courses. However, by participating, you grant ShutterCraft Studio a non-exclusive license to use student work for promotional purposes. We'll always credit you. Who doesn't love seeing their work featured on our wall near Lexington Avenue?

Privacy First

We never sell your data to third-party advertisers. Your progress and portfolio stay private between us.
